The Evidence Centre worked with East London NHS Foundation Trust to evaluate quality improvement training and projects to enhance mental health and community services. Mixing qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods and providing coaching for local teams helped the Trust use information to improve and expand its services. Learn more here
We worked with Health Education England to evaluate networks of organisations training health and care workers. These are known as training hubs or community education provider networks and have been expanded throughout England. Learn more about training hubs here
The Evidence Centre worked with Improvement Science London to evaluate an improvement programme for care homes. The programme trained care homes about how to reduce falls and infections. We collected quantitative data and undertook interviews, discussion groups, observation and case studies to describe resident outcomes over a two year period.
